 Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) is a professional cricket franchise based in Bangalore, India. The team participates in the Indian Premier League (IPL), which is a professional Twenty20 cricket league in India. RCB was one of the eight founding teams of the IPL and has been a part of the tournament since its inception in 2008.

The team is owned by United Spirits, a subsidiary of the British alcoholic beverages company Diageo. RCB's home ground is the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore, which has a seating capacity of around 35,000 spectators.
